This is where I'd hoped to furnish you with all the latest news with regard to this particular madcap idea. Should you take the time to read the Diaries here, you may be forgiven for thinking that I'm the type of bloke that has an idea, goes for it full steam, then has another idea and loses interest half in the first idea...... Err.... that'll be about right then.

I love the Spit, but just haven't had the time to invest in the remaining work, and now I've got that yearning for a new hobby coming on I know it'll probably be neglected until my parents get the arse and want their garage back.

Consequently, The Spitfire is now for sale. It isn't currently advertised anywhere else but here so if you've got a special place in your heart for it, some spare time, a few quid for spares and around £600 for me to part with it, drop me a line and see if we can sort something out.......
