Liverpool Wheel…….
Been sorting through some forgotten folders on my Mac, trying to tidy everything up in a vain attempt to become more organised. Stumbled across this forgotten shot from my first ever visit to Liverpool whereupon I spent the evening wandering around the docks on my own….
Unfortunately it’s a bit soft (hand held evening shots often are) but I did quite like the contrast and colour. If I’m honest it could probably do with the bottom bit cropped off, but no time for editing today.
It’s all a gamble…….
Life is a huge gamble. Choices made daily affect the choices of tomorrow which in turn steer you on a meandering path to death. No-one knows whether any of the seemingly innocuous choices will affect your path adversely or positively. We are all navigating blind, with hairpins and dark corners the consequence of any ill considered decision. With this in mind, can anyone be truly happy? or is life just a meaningless compromise. A trade off between simplicity and the spiritual wealth of pure joy.
Spring is in the air
Quite literally. Took this a while ago, but re-processed it to suit my mood.
The Window
Stuck here working, while outside ity’s sunny. Been watching the shadows crawl across the wall while waiting for some inspirational words for the documents I’m writing.
This, it has to be said, makes my eyes go funny – It may just be me, but the actual image appears to be an oddly shaped trapezium.
